We provide a fully managed care service
There are many different types of Care agencies which can make the decision of who to choose an often confusing and challenging process.
At Live in Care Ltd, we provide a fully managed service which means that we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent body that inspects and maintains standards within the industry.
This is because we believe that our clients and their families should be fully supported all the way, unlike introductory agencies who only ‘place the Carers’ but provide no help and assistance after that.
We were very pleased to be awarded a ‘Good’ rating in our last inspection which took place in September 2018.

As part of our full management service you will receive:
- Detailed personalised care plans
- A Carer to match your specific needs
- Ongoing client reviews
- Out of hours and on call system
- We take care of the administration for a Carer (such as DBS checks, testimonials and competencies)
We use the latest technology to deliver the best quality care
We firmly believe that clear, transparent communication channels between our clients, their loved ones and our Care Management team are extremely important.
At Live in Care Ltd we use a technology system called OpenPass to ensure that everyone has access to real time information. It allows verified family members to access information that is recorded by the Carer such as how the client is feeling that day, what time medication is administered and any trips out that are planned.
Our clients, their families, our carers and our office staff have all benefitted from this system as they found they could access any information instantly.
